As a tenured transaction advisor and M&A consultant, Alex brings in-depth understanding of key value drivers and major business pain points, and uses his creativity and business acumen to solve problems using the ever-evolving toolset of AI products. In his career as an M&A advisor, Alex has closely worked with a number of Private Equity firms, Investment Funds, and strategic business buyers, allowing him to closely monitor business operational and financial performance across a variety of industries.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Alex is responsible for analyzing and assessing the needs of clients, and zoning into the areas of development and automation where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can bring the most impact. In his role as Head of Strategy and Consulting at MidMarket AI, he is responsible for working with C-level executives on developing a focused and actionable approach to AI custom implementation. A graduate of the American University of Paris, and Emory University MBA alumni, Alex is a seasoned multi-cultural executive with a lifelong passion for sports and travel.
